| Abstract | This booklet, the third in a series of four, provides examples of career education legislation that has been enacted in twenty-one states. The legislation, grouped into categories, is presented in four sections, as follow: (1) appropriations and resolutions, (2) supporting legislation, (3) implementation legislation, and (4) education reform legislation. The last section contains brief state-by-state narrative accounts of enacted career education legislation. The states covered are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
